Many participants don’t have Support Coordination included in their plans—but that doesn’t mean you’re stuck. We’ll assess your needs and assist with the paperwork to help you access the right level of support moving forward.
We’ll take the time to understand your situation, identify where additional support may be needed, and help gather the right reports and documentation to build a strong case for the NDIA. We’ll even liaise with your existing providers if needed, ensuring the process is smooth, thorough, and aligned with your goals.
