FAQs

Got questions? Good.

Straight answers about support coordination, in plain English.

What is support coordination?

A support coordinator helps you understand your plan, find the right providers and keep everything working together. It's part of your Capacity Building funding, so we also build your confidence to manage things yourself over time.

Does it cost me anything?

Nothing out of pocket. When support coordination is funded in your NDIS plan, that's where we're paid from.

Who is eligible for support coordination?

The NDIA decides based on your needs and situation. It's often included for people with complex needs, several providers or big life changes coming up.

I'm not on the NDIS yet. Can you help?

Yes. We help you gather the right evidence and work through your access request with you.

I have a plan but no support coordination. Now what?

We look at what's not working, help collect reports from your providers and support you to ask the NDIA to include it in your plan.

How do I switch to My Support Co.?

Book a free chat. We'll handle the handover with your current coordinator so your supports keep running.

What's specialist support coordination?

A higher level of help for more complex situations, like when health, housing or other systems need joining up.

Can you help with plan reviews and appeals?

Absolutely. We help prepare evidence for reassessments and support internal reviews and appeals to the ART.

How quickly will I hear back?

Within two business days. Usually sooner.
