New plan?
Start strong.
The first 30 days with a new NDIS plan set the tone for the whole year. Use this checklist to get every support up and running, and to spot problems while there's still time to fix them.
Check these four things first
1. Your plan dates
Note your start date, end date and reassessment date. Put them in your calendar today.
2. Your funding
How much is in each budget, and is it NDIA managed, plan managed or self managed?
3. Your goals
Are they in your words, and do they match what you asked for at your check in?
4. Anything missing
Is a support you need missing? Are any supports stated, meaning they must be used exactly as written?
Something not right?
You have 3 months from getting your plan to ask for an internal review. Don't wait and hope it works out. Call us and we'll help you put the request together.
Many new plans release funding in periods (often every 3 months). Check how yours works in the myNDIS portal so you don't run short before the next release.

We prepare evidence, set strong goals and sit in on check ins. If support coordination is in your plan, it costs you nothing out of pocket.
